This new ROVEBLOC model uses an ultrasound system to seal the tubes, and then cuts off the edge to get a profiled nice and straight 6 mm high seal, The system is the same thus seal is exactly the same as the one made by automatic machines.

The machine has methacrylate covers, and a photocell barrier system to make it both user-friendly and safe, in accordance to the EC rules.

The ROVETUB PLUS 2 provides a packaging speed of 4-5 tubes/minute, as well as high flexibility. The format change from one type of tube to another can be made in less than 2 minutes.

The machine includes a coding system for date and batch number (max 8 characters).
